BIO

Confident woman with curly hair smiles warmly, wearing a black blazer and gold pendant necklace.

Operator. Advisor. Speaker.

Founder, JCC Coaching & Consulting | Board Member, Women in Manufacturing

Joanna Cooper helps industrial organizations turn strategy into measurable results — building the operating systems, leadership capability, and digital infrastructure that make transformation stick.

As the founder of JCC Coaching & Consulting, Joanna brings over 18 years of global experience in operations, program management, and supply chain to the leaders and organizations she advises. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership and execution: she helps companies build the management systems, behaviors, and operating discipline required to perform at scale and sustain it.

A specialist in connected worker and digital transformation programs, Joanna works with organizations to move technology investments from proof of concept to full adoption embedded into daily operations and driving real business impact, not stalling out in pilots.

Prior to founding JCC Coaching & Consulting, Joanna served as General Manager at Daimler Truck North America, where she led a 1,700+ person operation with full P&L responsibility, delivering multimillion-dollar improvements in performance, cost, and operational efficiency.

About JCC

JCC Coaching & Consulting was founded on something Joanna learned over nearly two decades leading complex operations: organizations don't fail from lack of vision; they fail when their systems can't keep up with their ambition.

The practice exists to close that gap working alongside manufacturing companies and the leaders who run them to build the operating disciplines, transformation programs, and leadership competencies that turn strategy into sustained results.
